Can I edit or cancel my order?
You have the option to edit or cancel your order on the order confirmation website or in the order confirmation email you received. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any issues with this. While our fulfillment staff is quick to send out your purchases, we will make every effort to meet your request.
How can I check the status of my order?
You'll get an email notification with your order tracking information once your purchase ships. Please contact us at blaze619@gmail.com with your order details if you do not receive this email.
My order was damaged in transit. Will you refund?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience! Let us work out a refund or send you a new product free of charge if you send us an image of the damage at blaze619@gmail.com
Can I return an order?
Our team puts our best efforts to accurately explain our hot sauce and its components on the product page so you always know what to expect. However, if you get a sauce that’s not how you expected it to be or there’s something wrong with it, please let us know and email us at blaze619@gmail.com with all the details so our team can help you out.
To return an unopened order, you can simply write "return to sender" on the shipping label and place the item back in your mailbox or deliver it to your postal worker to return an unopened purchase immediately.
If the outer packaging has already been removed or opened, but the sauce itself has not been opened, please wrap it as best you can, and contact your local post office for assistance with a flat-rate label addressed to:
