WHO WE ARE
When it came to hot sauce, there was nothing like what we wanted. Something that was healthy yet full of flavor, had kick but wasn’t too spicy, and sweet but not overwhelming. So, one day in beautiful San Diego, California, our Executive Chef Ryan Moore headed to the kitchen to blend some flavors together and used only natural ingredients. What came out was not just any hot sauce, but THE perfect hot sauce. With his expertise, he was able to blend healthy ingredients together so that it was gluten-free, low in salt, and sugar yet bursting with flavor in every drop. We’re proud to offer our very own Blaze619, created with San Diego flavors and an executive chef's craftsmanship. It’s the perfect addition to every meal.


Meet Our Executive Chef Ryan Moore
Growing up in San Diego, Ryan Moore began his culinary career after graduating from Point Loma High School, went on to Mesa College, and finished the Mesa Culinary Program. He started out as a line cook and worked his way up the ranks to become Executive Chef, a position he still maintains to this day. For the past 20 years, Moore has worked in a number of kitchens all around San Diego and the Bay Area. As a result of his extensive knowledge and experience, he has earned awards such as the American Tasting Institute's Reginal Chef of the Year award and has garnered coverage from media sites such as the San Diego Tribune and a variety of food and lifestyle journals. As a talented young chef, he specializes in classic cuisine with a modern twist. Moore is also very involved in the Portuguese-speaking community and values close relationships with his family and friends greatly.
